6 slices sandwich bread
6 eggs
1 pint half and half
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt
Pepper
1 lb sausage browned
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter both sides of the sandwich bread and place in 9x13 pan. Brown and drain sausage. Sprinkle on top of the buttered sandwich bread, then add shredded cheese. Beat the 6 eggs, add the half and half salt, pepper and dry mustard. Pour over casserole cover and refrigerate over night. Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes. Let set 15 minutes cut and serve.
