1 pkg of frozen crabmeat or canned crabmeat
1/3 cp diced sweet pepper
1/4 cp diced green pepper
1/4 cp chopped grn onions.
1 egg
1/1/4 bread crumbs
2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Spicey mayo

Directions:
Directions:
LIne baking sheet with parchment paper.

Squeeze any liquid out of crab meat. add chopped peppers, onions, egg and 2 tbsp of bread crumbs and 3 tbsp of spicey mayonnaise. Combine.

Form small balls and roll into remaining bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet flatten .

In skillet heat half of the oil med high heat and dry cakes in batches using enough of the remaining oil as necessary until golden about 3 min per side.
