1 lb of bacon
2-3 stalks of celery
1 med onion diced
sliced mushrooms
Chicken stock
pkg of wild rice

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and cook up bacon.
Remove bacon and leave fat.
Cook diced celery, onion and mushroom

Have wild rice cooking in chicken stock in pot. Med boil takes about an hour. Cover with broth and start to boil

When rice is soft add salt and bacon fixins with celery onion and mushroom and fat and mix together put in casserole dish , cover and cook in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
