Take a filet of smoked haddock
cream cheese
horseradish
mayonnaise
lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder
salt
bottled jalapenos chopped for top

crackers, pitas or bread

Directions:
Directions:
Take smoked haddock fillet and put in food processor. Add 1/2 pkg of cream cheese, 2 tbsp of mayonaisse. Tbsp of horseradish. Couple shakes of worchestershire sauce and garlic powder. Add about tsp or so or lemon.

MIx all up. Depending on how much fish you like you can add more cream cheese to make creamier or more fish to make more meaty.
Taste as you go along, you may want more lemon or horseradish or fish. Its kind of personal taste.

Put in bowl and top with chopped bottled jalapenos.

Service with cut up break, pitas or crackers .
