Ingredients:  
1 bunch Asparagus, blanched tops
4 oz Cream Cheese
4 sprigs Fresh Dill, remove from stalk, chopped fine
6 oz Smoked Salmon, thin sliced
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder, I prefer minced, 1/2 tsp
1/4 c Carmelized Onion
2 T Marsala Wine (room temp)

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onions, saute in butter, deglaze with splash of Marsala, set aside to cool.
Mix Cream Cheese, chopped Dill and garlic powder together in small bowl.
Blanch asparagus, let cool.
Combine Carmelized Onions and Cream Cheese Mixture.
Spread mixture onto Smoked Salmon Slices.
Place blanched Asparagus atop spread. Roll Salmon.
Serve on Crostinis or by itself.
Serves 8, approx.
