1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
6 tbsp of hot milk

Icing:
1/2 pt whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
any fruit, canned cherries or fresh fruit strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick and light colored. Add sugar until light and fluffy. Blend dry ingredients 1/4 at a time and fold in with spatula. Add hot milk all at once and mix quickly.

Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes - 2 8in round pans or heart shapped pans. Very thin and light torte. Delicious.
