1 can (7½ oz.) crab drained
1 cup grated swiss cheese
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dried onion or 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 tsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. curry powder
¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
⅓ cup water chestnuts (thinly sliced)
1 pkg. buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Separate layers of biscuits to get 32 rounds.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Spread crab mixture on rounds.
Top with water chestnuts.
Sprinkle with parsley
Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes.
