2 pounds of cleaned chicken livers
1/2 cup regular cooking olive oil or vegetable oil
2 lemons
1 tsp Salt
Allspice /Blackpepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken livers in Colander under running water (wirth some vinegar)

Remove all veins and cut into pieces

Heat oil in pan. Add the chicken livers and fry off for about five minutes drain in coilander and wash

Heat oil in pan add Chicken livers with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown

Add lermon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes
