1 Cup Butter
1 Teaspoon Salt
5 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups sifted All Purpose Flour
1 lb Candied Cherries
1 lb Candied Pineapple
4 Cups Broken Pecans
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Lemon Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter well, add sugar and cream until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix fruits and nuts with a small amount of flour. Add remaining to creamed mixture with the salt. Add flavorings; fold in fruit and nuts. Pour batter in tube pan or loaf pans (greased). Put into cold oven and set temperature to 250 degrees. Bake for three hours using tube pan, 2 1/2 hours for loaf pan.
