1 pint ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
¾ cup Parmesan cheese, divided
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
1 jar spaghetti sauce, divided
5½ oz. manicotti

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain and rinse. Oven 350º.
Combine ricotta, mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Put ½ cup spaghetti sauce in 11X7" baking pan. Fill shells with 3T. cheese mixture. Place in pan. Add remaining sauce over the top. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top. Bake 45 minutes.
