2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons b[aking] soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (16 ounce)
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together [flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg].

Beat together [eggs, pumpkin, sugar, oil, vanilla].

Gradually add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture.

Spray a 9X13 baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool completely before frosting with whipped topping or cream cheese frosting. (We prefer cream cheese frosting).
