2 links hot or mild sausage
green, red and yellow peppers
Onions
olive oil
butter
Classico Basil Pesto

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Cut sausages in links (if using more than one type, do different cuts to allow to tell them apart)
Slice onion and peppers
Add to large pan
salt and pepper to taste
Add generous amounts of olive oil
Add 2-3 Tablespoons of basil pesto
Mix to combine
add a few pats of butter
Cover with aluminum foil
Cook 45-50 minutes
Remove foil
Cook 30 minutes at 350
