3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2/3 cup Water
3 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz.)
3 Cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 T. Milk

Beat together sugar, oil,water and eggs. Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, baking soda and baking powder. Stir together in large bowl. Add pumpkin and nuts, stirring well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Put onto wax paper. For filling, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together well. When pumpkin jelly roll is semi cool, spread filling over top about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Roll up. Cool in refrigerator. Slice to serve.
