1 pkg of pre-cooked shredded chicken pieces (from HEB)

chicken broth

1 large can of Cream of Chicken soup (undiluted)

salt and pepper to taste

Bisquick Baking Mix for dumplings

milk for making dumplings

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven and heat to almost boiling.

Make dumplings according to Bisquick's box directions.

When stew is very hot, drop spoonfuls of dough into stew. Cover and lower temp. to low. After about 10 minutes, check to see if dumplings look like puffy biscuits all the way through. This is when it is ready to serve.

To make it even richer, (yum!) add 1 jar of chicken gravy to stew with other ingredients.
