1 10 oz.can enchilada sauce 1 cup veggie broth 1 can black beans drained 6 cups tortilla chips 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 4 large eggs 1/2 red onion1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. In a large ovenproof skillet combine enchilada sauce broth and beans heat to simmer on high. Add chips to skillet stir nd sprinklr with cheddar cheese. Crack eggs in 4 different parts of pan sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in oven 10 minutes to cook eggs. Meanwhile slice red onion very thin cut into half moons and place in cold water bowl. Take skillet from oven sprinkle cilantro place onions on top of eggs and serve.
