1/2 C Butter (softened)
1 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Mashed Bananas
1/2 C nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour loaf pan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream 1/2c butter with 1c sugar

Beat in eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and bananas until thoroughly mixed and creamy.

Stir in nuts.

Pour batter into loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
