1 1/4 cup butter room temperature
3 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 Parmesan cheese finely grated
4 cloves garlic minced
1 large round French loaf
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper

Using a bread knife, slice crisps cross pattern into the bread 2 inches apart. You only want to partial cut here, don’t cut to the bottom.
Turn oven to 400º
Put crossed loaf of bread on a baking sheet lined with foil
In a big bowl combine all the remaining ingredients. Stir until combined.
Stuff the cheesy filling between all the opening in the bread. Cover the top of bread with any filling left over.
Get another piece of foil and spray with cooking spray. Sprayed side down of foil on top of bread and fold over
Bake for 20 minutes
Turn oven down to 375º & take foil off top.
Bake bread another 15-20 minutes until top turns golden brown and cheese has melted.
Let cool for a few minutes then enjoy!
