Crust:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/3 cup butter, cut up
1 Tbls ice water
Topping:
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbls flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan. Combine flour, sugar, and lemon peel in bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry blender until it resembles fine crumbs. Gradually add ice water until pastry is moistened. Pat dough on the bottom of pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile, whisk egg, egg whites, lemon juice, and sour cream in bowl until smooth. Whisk in granulated sugar, flour and baking powder. Immediately pour topping over crust. Bake for 10 minutes or until topping is set. Cool, then sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
