1 butternut squash
4 cups (32 oz box) chicken stock
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup cream
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half and bake cut side down in 350º oven until tender about 45 minutes to an hour. Cool and peel. Combine baked squash with remaining ingredients in blender or with an immersion blender. Heat on stovetop to desired serving temperature.
