4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 garlic cloves, mined
2 cans (10 oz. each) whole baby clams
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. sherry
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Cooked linguini
Grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon Juice (Optional)
Minced fresh parsley (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender, 5 minutes more.

2. Drain clams, reserving liquid; coarsely chop. Add the clams, reserved clam juice, mushroom mixture and the next 9 ingredients in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered, on LOW for 3 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf, stir in parsley.

3. Serve on pasta and top with Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and parsley.
