2 TBS Butter
1 1/2 TBS Flour
1 Cup Milk
2 Cups Cooked Fresh Corn (or 1 can drained corn)
1 TBSP Sugar
1 TSP Salt
1/8 TSP Pepper
2 Eggs, lightly beaten


Crumb Topping

Mix together:

1 1/2 TBSP Butter
1/2 Tube of Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and mix well, then add milk and bring to bubbling boil. (White sauce)

Add corn, sugar, salt & pepper. Heat through.

Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.

Pour into a baking dish (spray with cooking spray). Top with cracker crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

**NOTE: Recipe can be doubled, then bake for 35-40 minutes.
This side dish pairs well with meatloaf, roasted chicken or chicken fried steak.
