Ingredients:  
5 lbs of cooked and shelled mussels ( approx 3-4 cups)
1 large onion chopped
2 - 3 celery sticks chopped
thyme
1 1/2 tbsp curry
4 tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp four
salt and pepper
2 cups chicken broth

Make small pies or just 1 big one.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook up onion and celery and thyme in pot.

Add butter, melt and add flour. Add chicken broth a little at a time so doesnt get too thin and when semi thick add mussels.

Pour into pie shell and put top crust on .

I make little appetizer pies or medium pies to serve with salad. Your choice.

Bake 400deg for 20 - 25 minutes

This was a Bermudian favorite from Shawn and Megs grandparents. His grandfather was born and raised in Bermuda and Paul was born there too.
