250 grams of Terzorurq ( greek red caviar)
250 gram soft bread no crusts
1 1/2 cp olive oil or sunflower oil
juice of 2 lemons





Directions:
Directions:
Soak the bread in water and squeeze until dry

whip the terzorurq ( red caviar) in food processor and add bread. Whip adding tsps of lemon alternatly with oil and whipping well after each addition.. Color should be white when wipped properly. Serve with pitas - Delicious
