2 cps chopped red pepper
5 cups sugar
1 package of certo liquid
1/3 cp lemon juice
1 cup white vinegar
2 tbs water

Directions:
Directions:
chopp red pepper and take seeds out. Blend in some vinegar and let sit.. Heat sugar and remaining vinegar and then add peppers. Bring to a rolling boiil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add certo and lemon juice , stir and skim off any foam. Jar in 250 mil jars or 125 ml. Make sure jars are hot from oven.
I like the 125 small ljars as they are perfect size for a charcuterie board.
