2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 1⁄2 cups milk
1⁄3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mixed flower, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Set aside. Beat eggs and add milk. Add oil. The flour mixture and stir just until mix leaving lumpy batter. Cook pancakes on a heated grill until top covered with bubbles flip and brown the other side.
