Ingredients:	Ingredients: Roast of your choice. I like a top round 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:	Directions: I put the roast in the crockpot and pour the cream of mushroom on top. You can cook on low or high. I put mine on high in the evening while watching tv. I turn it down to low and leave it on all night.
