Alfredo sauce (found in sauce section)
Fresh ricotta (found in sauce section)
Mozzarella cheese
Parmasean cheese
Onions, sautéed in butter
Ground spicy sausage, broken up finely
Spicy honey (honey with cayenne)

Directions:
Directions:
Top pizza dough with sauce, dot with ricotta, lightly sprinkle with cheeses, uniformly dot with sautéed onions, lightly sprinkle with sausage. Just before serving lightly drizzle with the spicy honey.

The combinations of this pizza sound weird but are amazing! Every time we have served it someone has asked for the recipe. The homemade ricotta is a must! And play with your sausage flavor, fennel and cayenne are good additions.
