1 Pkg. Chicken Rice-A-Roni
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
12 pimento stuffed olives, sliced
2 6oz. jars of marinated artichoke hearts (DO NOT THROW MARINADE OUT!)
3/4 tsp. curry
1/3 C mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions, omitting butter. Let cool. Add onions, peppers and olives. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving marinade, and cut them in half. Combine marinade, curry and mayonaise. Add the hearts to the rice mixture and toss with dressing. Chill and serve.
