2 onions, finely chopped
6 stalks celery, thinly slices
4 cups fresh spinach
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 cups matzo farfel
3 cups chicken broth or stock
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery then add spinach and sauté until wilted.

Put chicken stock, beaten eggs, and oil into a bowl.
Add the matzo farfel and soak for 5 minutes.

Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until firm.
Serve warm.
