1 can black-eyed peas (drained)
1 can white corn (drained)
3 large Hot House tomatoes, chopped
2-3 avocados, chopped
1 clove garlic or ½ tsp minced garlic
½ to ¾ finely chopped jalapeno
4 green onions, chopped
cilantro (about a handful, chopped)
11/2 pkgs of Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing

Gently mix all ingredients together and chill.
