6-7 Boiled potatoes in their skins
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 pint sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Mix soup, butter, sour cream, onions and 1 c. cheese. Gently mix with potatoes. Place in baking dish. Top with remaining grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º
