2/3 c sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt optional
1 cup ( 8 ounces) plain yogurt
1/2 cup raisins

Topping:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat sugar,oil, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, add to the sugar mixture alternately with yogurt. Stir in raisins.
pour half the batter into a greased 9 in square baking dish. Combine topping and sprinkle half the mixture on top of batter and then pour the remaining batter over the top of the mixture. Top the reamining topping and cut through with a knife in a swirling motion.

Bake at 350 degree's for 30-35 minutes or until center is clean with a toothpick. Remove from ovena nd cool.
