1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. graham crackers
1 t. sugar

1st. filling:

12 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

2nd. filling:

2 pkg. instant lemon pudding(4oz)
3 c. milk


8 oz. Cool Whip

First mix ingredients for the bottom and spread in 9x13 pan. Next take ingredients for 1st filling blend together and spread over bottom layer. Take 2nd filling blend together and layer over the 1st. Finally top with 8oz Cool Whip, refrigerate until ready to serve.
