1 lb ground beef
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/8 tsp pepper

3 TBSP flour (or brown gravy mix)
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp brown bouquet sauce (if using flour)
1 can (2oz) mushroom stems and pieces, undrained

Directions:

Combine beef, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 2 lardge oval patties in 8 oz square dish. Cover with wax paper (or lid). Microwave at high for 7-9 minutes rotating 1/2 turn after 3 minutes. Remove patties and keep warm. Mix flour (or gravy mix) and water to make a smooth paste. Add quickly to hit drippings, stirring until smooth. Add brown bouquet (if using flour) and mushrooms. Microwave at high 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until gravy thickens. It might take 2 or 4 more minutes to thicken like gravy, place patties in gravy, spooning some over their tops. Microwave at high 1 or 2 minutes, until hot..
