Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is my mom's recipe (Anne Bredin). This is only 1/4 of her recipe, but it mixes beautifully in my mixer. No need to have (literally) 'man power' around to mix it.....which is what my dad (Archie Bredin) did for many years.....until Gord Hohensee took over the job for him. First time I tried this, I made Christmas cookies, hearts for Valentine's, and Easter cookies out of the batch. Made it last right into spring!! (put the hearts and Easter ones in the freezer, of course)
