3 c. chicken broth (vegetable broth if vegetarian)
1 stalk chopped celery
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp ground sage

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In a large bowl crumble previously baked cornbread. Add all other ingredients, mixing well with clean hands. Place in a medium sized greased casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes. Cover well after baking to keep from drying out.
Serve with Giblet Gravy (recipe also in book)
