1 can "Eagle Brand" milk
6 eggs
1½-2 C Milk
2 C Sugar
Vanilla to taste

Beat everything together in a bowl. Add to "New Snow" a little mixture at a time to a little snow at a time.

The first time I had Snow Cream was in Elizabethtown Ill while visiting Jim's aunt at Christmas. This is a midwestern treat.
