5 cups sliced cucumbers (about 4 large cucs)
1/2 large red onion sliced thin
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Greek yogurt lime flavor
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp vinger
2 tbsp dill
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
Optional:
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1 cup of sliced peppers

Ideally use mandolin cutter to slice veggies
1. Cucumbers slice on widest setting of mandolin and place in colander, toss with salt and let sit for a few hours or ideally overnight in frig over a catch bowl. Place cucumbers in large mixing/serving bowl
2. Slice onions on thinnest setting and add to cucumbers, if adding radishes and peppers add them also at this time using thickness on mandolin one thicker then onions
3. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl then pour over cucumber mixture and toss.
