1 Cup sugar
2 Cups Oatmeal
2 Tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
3/4 Cup shortening
1 Cup flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oatmeal and cocoa. Pour 1 cup boiling water over. Then add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 10-12 min. Makes about 3 dozen.
