Pre-cooked Deep Dish Crust
6T Melted Butter divided 4-2
4 T Cornstarch
3/4 C White Sugar
2-1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1 T Vanilla
Cinnamon Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
On stove top over med heat, melt 4T butter. Add cornstarch, sugar, and cream. Stir constantly, as it will scorch easily, until very thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix well. Pour into crust. Drizzle 2T melted butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes. You may wish to put under the broiler for 1 min to brown the top.
