1 large zucchini
2 tablespoons flour
1-1/4 cups sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 10" pie shell (unbaked)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut zucchini lengthwise, scoop out seeds.  Cut into slices to resemble apple slices.
Cover the zucchini with water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain zucchini when it is done boiling.
Mix dry ingredients & lemon juice.  Add drained zucchini to dry ingredients.  Pour into pie shell.

Topping:
8 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
Mix together and top pie

Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
