2 cups biscuit mix
½ cups milk
½ cups raisins
3 unpeeled apples (chopped)

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Biscuit mix and milk using fork, roll out on lightly floured board to a rectangle shape about ½ inch thick. Spread with mixture of raisins and apples. Sprinkle with sugar. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Slice in 1 inch slices, put on greased 9 x 9" baking dish, cut side down. Pour brown sugar and water mixture over slices. Bake at 375ºF (350ºF for glass pan) 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
