Ingredients:  
8 oz. cretinism mushrooms or button mushrooms, cut in half…
1t dried thyme…
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar…
4 T butter, unsalted, divided…
1/2 t salt…

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot…
Add 2 T unsalted butter…
Add mushrooms and thyme, cook, stirring for 3 to 4 minutes…
Remove mushrooms with a slotted spoon, set aside…
Add balsamic vinegar, increase heat to medium-high heat…
Cook and stir for 8 minutes or until the vinegar is reduced to about 1/4 cup, stir in remaining butter, mushrooms and salt…
Cook and stir until all is heated through, serve sauce with prepared steaks….
Enjoy!

Serve a salad and a veggie for a great meal…
