8 oz. pkg. frozen dry chopped spinach
8 oz. water chestnuts
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
250-500 g. sour cream
½-1 cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup green onions
Directions:
Directions:
Defrost, dry and chop the spinach. Drain and finely chop the water chestnuts. Blend remaining ingredients and add spinach and chestnuts.
Serve with crackers and/or bread pieces.
