1 can black cherries or red tart cherry pie filling
1 Tablespoon cornstarch*
1 box Jiffy chocolate cake mix
1 stick of margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Thicken black cherries with cornstarch, as you would for a pie. Pour into a greased 8”x8” pan. Pour box of dry Jiffy chocolate cake mix over cherries. Pour melted margarine over the cake mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
