1/2 c melted butter
1/2 chopped onion
1 can cr chicken soup
8oz sour cream
1c shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32oz) frozen hash brown potatoes (partly thawed)
1 can chopped onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter
2. In large bow mix the onion mixture with the soup, sour
cream, potatoes, and cheese.
3. Pour into 13 x 9 casserole (sprayed with PAM)
4. Sprinkle crushed onion rings on top
5. Bake 350 for 50 min
