Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of fresh rosemary
1/2 cup of fresh sage
5 garlice cloves
1/4 cup of sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean and remove the Rosemary and Sage leaves from their stems. You can chop up the leaves to speed up the drying process or leave whole.
2. Finely chop the garlic cloves
3. Spread leaves, garlic cloves and salt onto parchment lined cookie sheet and back on lowest temperature possible (150º to 170º) for 2 - 3 hours.
4. Check periodically and use spatula to stir the mixture a few times while drying.
It is done drying when you feel no moisture in the mixture when taking a pinch, (the garlic if not diced finely will take longer to dry).

You can leave your salt with large leaves or transfer to a bullet or mortle and pestle and grind to the fineness you desire.
Transfer to airtight container.
