Taco Lasagna Recipe

12 no-boil lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 3/4 cups ricotta cheese
4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups chunky salsa
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp green onions, chopped, optional
sour cream, optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 9 x 13 pan.

2. Brown beef in a large skillet and drain off excess oil, then stir in taco seasoning an set aside.

3. In a medium bowl, mix egg with ricotta cheese until well combined. Set aside.

4. Place 4 lasagna noodles in bottom of baking dish. Spread 1/3 of ricotta over noodles, then evenly spoon 1/3 of ground beef over ricotta. Evenly spread 1/3 of salsa over beef, then layer 1/3 cheddar cheese over the beef. Repeat steps, finishing with cheddar cheese.

5. Cover with foil and back for 30-40 minutes or until lasagna is heated through. Let cool 5 - 10 minutes, top with sour cream and fresh cilantro (optional).
