3 c. oat flour (blend oats in blender)
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. coconut oil, melted
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1-2 T. water (if needed)

Blueberry filling:
3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
4 1/2 T. sugar
3 T. lemon juice
3 T. chia seeds
3/4 t. lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oat flour, rolled oats, syrup, sugar, oil, salt and vanilla.
Mix together until sticky. Add 1-2 T. of water if needed.
Press 2/3 of the mixture into a 9x13 pan, lined with parchment paper or brushed with coconut oil. (save 1/3 of mixture for crumble topping)

Blueberry filling:
Combine ingredients in a saucepan, cook on med-low until bubbly and slightly thicked. layer on top of crust. followed by reserved crumble topping. Bake @ 350º for 25-30 mins or until top is golden.

Wait until completely cooled to cut. Enjoy!
