3 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa (heaping)

1 1/2 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa together. Add cream, salt and butter to sugar and cocoa mix. ON medium heat (or less), bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Set pan in cold water for 30 minutes. Be careful not to get even the smallest drop of water in it. Hand beat the fudge until it loses its shine. Pour into buttered platter.

I also use this recipe! Its the best fudge out there. Its the 4th generation of this recipe! My mom used this recipe to make fudge and then we'd pop some popcorn and have popcorn and fudge for a treat. My mom got this recipe from Grandma Gina.
